1400lb Guernsey! - Berkshire Farms in Waterloo

We had our work cut our for us with this one. A Guernsey-Jersey mix that tipped our scales at over 1400 pounds, our largest cow harvest to date. This 2-year old heifer was grass-fed and apparently still nursing at times. Notice the beautiful orange-tinged fat throughout the carcass and clearly evident in the caul fat.
