Dexter Harvest in Roscommon

Last weekend we harvested a beautiful Dexter steer for our good friends Dave and Thom in Roscommon. They went in together to purchase a steer to fill their freezers to feed their families through the winter and contacted us for the slaughter and cut & wrap services. A beautiful harvest of a beautiful animal is always an occasion share in a celebratory toast!
