We picked up a used cab-over-engine Mitsubishi Fuso box truck last weekend which will serve as our mobile slaughter truck. We will spend the next couple of months fabricating an interior rail/trolley system to hold carcasses for transport. It's a 'reefer' unit so the meat stays nice and cool during the trip! We'll post pictures of our fabrication progress.
