Starting to Ramp Up!

It’s been a fast and furious 2021 and the outlook is that we will continue to see further growth as word of our mobile harvest business continues to spread throughout the community. More and more we hear from our customers who tell us that its now become a 1 or 2 year wait to get on the calendar with a butcher date at the local established lockers. In fact much of the business we took on this year came as a direct result of the customer first reaching out to the local butchers and being told they couldn’t be put on the calendar until a year or longer. It’s a real challenge at this time with so many more people raising their own animals for food, but no corresponding increase in the number of available butchers to keep up with the demand for processing. service is helping to fill that need in a big way and we expect that it will for the foreseeable future.
